These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dt77 platform. By accessing or using any part of dt77.bio, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dt77 ("dt77", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the dt77 website at dt77.bio, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
dt77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms shall constitute acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where material changes are made, dt77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders.
2. Eligibility and Player Requirements
To open and maintain an account with dt77 and to use any of its services, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times. dt77 may request documentation to verify any of these conditions at any point during your account's lifetime.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using dt77 in any capacity.
- You must be accessing dt77 as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It remains your sole responsibility to determine the legality of using dt77 in your specific location.
- You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform or any related service for any reason.
- You must register with accurate, current and complete personal information. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
dt77 may carry out identity and age verification checks (KYC) at any time. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or closure of the account.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account with dt77. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, email, mobile number, device, IP address or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, dt77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings or bonus balances.
Account Information Accuracy
You are required to provide truthful and accurate information at the point of registration and to update your details promptly if they change. The details you provide must match the identity documents submitted during any KYC verification process. Discrepancies between registration data and KYC documents may result in suspension of the account pending investigation.
- You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
- dt77 accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder only. Account transfers, sales or assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited.
- You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact dt77 support immediately.
- dt77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
Account Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your dt77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure, net of any applicable pending transactions, will be returned to you through your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the dt77 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dt77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made by account holders; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond dt77's control.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though dt77 may apply individual account limits at its discretion as part of responsible gaming policy.
- You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. dt77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
- dt77 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit, particularly for large or unusual transactions, as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by dt77 support following identity verification.
- Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
- dt77 may delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of any pending dispute related to the account.
- Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
If dt77 determines, following investigation, that any deposit or withdrawal was made in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal act, dt77 reserves the right to freeze the relevant funds indefinitely pending referral to the appropriate authorities.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
dt77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between offer-specific terms and these Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that particular promotion.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in the individual offer terms. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are non-withdrawable.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed for suspension.
- dt77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under an active bonus will be completed under the original terms.
- Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only. Each player is eligible to claim a welcome bonus once. Subsequent accounts created by the same individual to claim a new welcome bonus constitute a breach of these Terms.
- dt77 may at its sole discretion refuse to award a bonus, rescind a bonus already credited, or adjust a player's balance if it is determined that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria for the applicable promotion.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on dt77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules as interpreted by dt77's trading and gaming team shall be final. dt77 uses independently certified RNG technology for all applicable casino products to ensure genuinely random outcomes.
- Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be changed, cancelled or withdrawn by the player. dt77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a system fault, or where the odds or game parameters were materially incorrect at the time of placement.
- dt77 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, impose maximum win caps, or restrict specific markets for any player account at its sole discretion. Such restrictions may be applied without prior notice.
- In the event of a technical failure, game interruption, or disconnection that affects the outcome of a live bet or casino game round, dt77 will resolve the situation in accordance with its game integrity policy, which may include voiding the affected round and refunding the stake.
- Bet settlement times for sports markets will depend on the conclusion and official confirmation of the relevant sporting event. dt77 uses official results from the relevant sports governing bodies as the basis for settlement. Where a result is subject to official protest or review, settlement may be delayed until a final determination is made.
Winnings will be credited to your account balance automatically upon settlement. There is no cap on the total amount you may win from genuine gameplay; however, dt77 reserves the right to apply reasonable maximum payout limits to specific markets or game types where such limits are disclosed in the applicable product terms.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dt77 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, exploit odds movements, or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human users.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of the outcome of any sporting event or casino game, including conspiring with third parties to do so.
- Using the Platform to launder money, process the proceeds of crime, or conduct any transaction that is designed to conceal the true origin of funds.
- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or exploiting any other platform feature.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. If you encounter what appears to be an error or vulnerability, you are required to report it to dt77 support and refrain from exploiting it.
dt77 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate remedial action without prior warning, up to and including permanent account closure and legal referral.
8. Responsible Gaming
dt77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults. If you believe that your gambling behaviour is causing you or your family financial or emotional harm, you are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform or to contact our support team immediately.
- Deposit limits: You may request a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit on your account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
- Self-exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period your account will be closed for all gaming and betting activity and you will not receive any promotional communications from dt77.
- Time-out: You may request a short-term time-out of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days if you feel you need a brief break from gambling. During a time-out your account will be temporarily suspended.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dt77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any interruption of service. dt77's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made by you to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dt77 makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. While dt77 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and security, temporary outages for maintenance or circumstances beyond dt77's reasonable control may occur.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through dt77's internal dispute resolution process should be referred to dt77 customer support in writing in the first instance. dt77 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and in a timely manner. Players who remain dissatisfied following the internal process may seek independent legal advice.
10. Amendments to These Terms
dt77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where dt77 considers a change to be material, it will take reasonable steps to notify registered account holders — for example by displaying a notice on the Platform at login, or by sending an email to the address registered on your account.
Your continued use of dt77 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
